We offer FREE delivery within 5 working days directly to your door! We have a wide range of packaging and delivery methods, all of which are designed with plant quality in mind to ensure that your delivery arrives in excellent condition.


Roots wrapped in bundles to retain moisture and protect root system. We use a stretch wrap plastic LLDPE that can be recycled, check your local recycle policy.


Trees are supplied in a large strong double ply box for added protection labelled with card tags, where appropriate.


Packed securely to prevent damage. Root bundles are secured with cardboard reinforcing to prevent trees sliding during transit. Boxes are Guaranteed recyclable.


Boxed and ready to go with free next working day delivery. Planting instructions and after care guide included along with plant passports. Document envelopes are LDPE and can be recycled. Boxes are sealed with eco-friendly Kraft paper tape.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I care for my trees on delivery?

When you receive your delivery, unpack but leave the plug root wrapping in place as the wrapping will help to retain moisture. Check that the plug roots are moist. If in doubt, make some small holes in the base of the root wrapping to allow water to enter and drain after soaking, place in a bucket filled with sufficient water to cover the roots and leave to soak for a few minutes. If the saplings are not to be planted straightaway, it is important to store them outside in a cool place, out of direct sunlight and wind. Ensure plug roots are regularly checked to ensure saplings do not dry out.

When will my order be delivered?

Our target is to deliver your online parcel order within 5 working days to UK Mainland locations. For large orders typically over 200 trees and pallet supplied orders, we will arrange a delivery date with you.

Delivery next working day Tuesday to Friday inclusive and can leave your parcel ‘no signature required’ so you don’t need to be in to sign.

If you wish for your delivery to arrive on a certain day, (e.g. "Thursday next week"), please give us a call to discuss.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere to UK mainland. At this moment in time, we're unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

How are my trees delivered?

Your order will be delivered either in boxes or on pallets depending on the size and quantity of the plants. Our boxes are made of strong materials and are clearly signed to ensure the safe transportation of your order. Wooden pallets can be easily recycled.

Small orders will be sent by parcel carrier and can be left without a signature.

Please let us know prior to ordering if the delivery location has any vehicular access restrictions such as width, height or weight restrictions.

For larger orders, if no forklift is available then the pallet will be lowered to ground level using a hydraulic tail lift. It will be offloaded using a manual pallet truck which requires an area of level hardstanding such as tarmac or concrete – not gravel.

Do I have to be at home to receive my delivery?

We send our deliveries ‘No signature required’ so that you don’t need to be at home for your delivery. We understand that it is not always convenient for our customers to be at home during prime delivery times. To make it as easy as possible for you, we ask for delivery instructions upon placing an order so we can ensure your delivery is left in a safe and sensible location.

Can I choose a specific date for my delivery?

Yes, we can offer delivery on your chosen date. However we ask if you can select a delivery day from Tuesday through to Friday inclusive as this ensures our next working day delivery means next day ensuring your trees arrive fresh. Simply tell us in the delivery instructions if you have a date in mind and we’ll get back to you if there’s a problem.
